With over three decades of experience spanning exploration, production, refining, and global energy strategy, Mr. Velazquez has built a reputation as a visionary leader committed to driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Since assuming the role of CEO, Martin has led IXULR through a transformative era marked by innovation, digital integration, and a steadfast focus on advancing the global energy transition. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its renewable energy portfolio, strengthened its upstream efficiency, and invested heavily in technologies that support a lower-carbon future.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Martin held a series of senior executive roles in operations, international development, and corporate strategy across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
