Mark Williams serves as Vice Chairman of IXULR, where he plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s global strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence. With over 25 years of leadership experience in the energy sector, Mark is recognized for his strategic foresight, disciplined management approach, and commitment to driving innovation across the company’s portfolio.

In his role, Mark oversees key corporate functions including global operations, strategic partnerships, and investment initiatives that align with IXULR’s mission to deliver reliable, responsible, and sustainable energy worldwide. He works closely with the Board and executive leadership team to ensure the company remains a leader in both conventional and renewable energy markets.

Prior to becoming Vice Chairman, Mark held several senior leadership positions within IXULR, including Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Financial Officer. His deep understanding of capital allocation, project development, and market dynamics has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s long-term growth and resilience.

Mark holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University and an MBA from University of Texas. He serves on several industry advisory councils and actively supports initiatives that advance energy innovation and workforce development.
