Jack Redding serves as Vice President of Legal at IXULR, where he oversees all legal affairs, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across the company’s global operations. With more than 20 years of experience advising multinational corporations in the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors, Jack brings a strong blend of legal expertise, strategic insight, and business acumen to his role.

At IXULR, Jack leads a global team of attorneys and compliance professionals responsible for managing corporate contracts, mergers and acquisitions, risk mitigation, and environmental and trade regulations. He works closely with the executive leadership team and the Board of Directors to ensure IXULR’s operations align with the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability.

Before joining IXULR, Jack held senior legal and compliance roles at major international energy firms and global law practices, where he specialized in corporate governance, international transactions, and sustainability-linked legal frameworks.

Jack Redding earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Columbia Law School, where he graduated with honors. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and serves on advisory committees promoting legal innovation and responsible corporate conduct in the energy industry.
