Amanda Duong serves as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at IXULR, where she leads the company’s global people strategy and organizational development initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in human capital management, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Amanda plays a key role in shaping IXULR’s culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance.

At IXULR, Amanda oversees global HR operations, including talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement across all business units. She is deeply committed to aligning IXULR’s workforce strategy with its broader mission of driving sustainable growth and responsible energy development.

Under her leadership, IXULR has strengthened its focus on workforce diversity, digital learning, and career mobility, ensuring that employees are empowered to thrive in an evolving global energy landscape.

Before joining IXULR, Amanda held senior HR leadership roles at multinational firms in the energy and manufacturing sectors, where she spearheaded large-scale organizational redesigns and global talent initiatives.

Amanda Duong earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Cornell University’s ILR School. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an advocate for advancing women in STEM and leadership roles.
